The only risk worth taking is the one that lies right in front of you. Creating artificial risks is a sign of boredom, which is in turn a sign that you're not really living.

In telling the truth, there is an unspoken responsibility of being sensitive to how much truth the other person can handle. One can only handle as much truth as one is comfortable to digest, plus maybe a little more.

Having a genuine sense of humour is basically having the courage to admit that your whole life could turn out to be a joke.

Whether you feel anxious, depressed, angry or scared.... At the end of the day it's just pain. You'll get over it.
Sometimes all it takes is somebody who has more faith in you than you have in yourself.
There's nothing more thrilling and satisfying than being able to honestly express myself in the face of adversity.
